2. Free Inspections and Estimates
Our free inspections and estimates are provided without obligation. Scheduling an inspection does not create a contract for services. Any work performed will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Service Agreements
All work performed by DMV Waterproofing is governed by a written contract. The contract specifies the scope of work, materials, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and warranty. Verbal representations made during inspections or sales conversations are not binding unless included in the written contract.
4. Warranties
DMV Waterproofing provides written warranties on installed systems. Warranty terms vary by service type and are specified in the service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of God, structural changes made by the homeowner, failure to maintain the system as instructed, or pre-existing conditions disclosed at the time of inspection.
5. Financing
Financing options are provided through third-party partners, including Wisetack. DMV Waterproofing does not issue loans directly. All financing applications are subject to credit approval by the third-party lender, and terms are governed by the lender’s agreement.
